Because my group and I were in the middle of preparing for a presentation, I didn't have the time to check my results. While the teams were uploading our presentations into the desktop in the seminar room, I was trying to annoy my friend Justin and he said something like "You like that ah I ask LTC to sack you." Then it dawned upon me that I didn't have to enter phase 3! Nicole thought we were talking in codes because she didn't choose that company, but Rachel became hysterical together with me and was so anxious that we checked her results using the seminar room's com. Anyway, many many many people appied for LTC, even Justin, that's why he wanted to check out who were those freaks who got selected instead of him. Thank God, the balloting system was so good to me.

Yay, God is good. I can finally stop fretting over PA. The company is located at OUB Centre, the one right outside Raffles Mrt. I've always had this thought that one day I would be working in the CBD (my girl friends would know best cos I always tell them "come visit me next time when I'm working in one of these tall buildings"). One day on a casual walk in that area, the thought of working in BIG, TALL OUB Centre crossed my mind for a couple of seconds. And now, I'm really going there for 10 weeks.

Maybe my girl friends and I should just stop meeting near the area, whenever we're there we would take photos at the OUB building. If we end up taking photos at some ulu building in Tangjong Pagar I may just end up working there next time.

I recall people who comforted me that it's Paul Hooi's loss they didn't choose me :D Now when I look back, being granted an internship at Phase 1 need not be a fortunate thing after all. I've heard of numerous complaints from friends that they don't want to intern at their phase 1 company, but there's no way to reject it because the company chose them even without an interview. I've even heard of people who intentionally performed badly at the interview because they didn't want to get chosen. The funniest thing was the company still chose them in the end. They must have been desperate for a filing girl or a coffee boy.

There's just one more thing which is uncertain. I don't know if I'm interning in the audit, corporate sec, or tax department. The company conveniently lumped all three into one and asked for a L placement. I'm just secretly praying and hoping I can end up in audit. Imagine 10 weeks with tax *gulp*
